We are conducting community listening campaigns whereby we hold a series of meetings with Polish and Romanian communities to get a better understanding of their needs and experiences of social isolation and any other issues they might be subjected to. Through these events we collect both quantitative and qualitative data through surveys organised at each listening event, holding 1-2-1 interviews to select representative case studies which would enable us to share insights into CEE communities experiences of social isolation as we want to get to the heart of what CEE communities struggle with most.

Our findings and recommendations are shared with Sandwell Public Health and Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) Sandwell to enable us to influence policy makers and increase the understanding of specific needs of our community amongst other professionals.
